The terms and conditions of payments collected by Lean Sports Fitness, LLC DBA Ninja Obstacle Academy are as follows:

Refund Policy (COVID-19 Updates):

To book your party, there is a deposit of $100 due up front to reserve your event time. Should you decide to cancel your event, there is a $50 cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

If you would like to reschedule your party for any reason, you can contact us and reschedule your event with no additional fee.
Should your party be canceled due to government mandates affecting the operations of Ninja Obstacle Academy, you are welcome to apply your deposit to a future/rescheduled event, or choose to be issued a full refund for your deposit.

Summer Camp Deposits are non-refundable.  The $50 deposit per camper can be transferred to another service offering at the Ninja Obstacle Academy such as a kid camp, party registration, or student monthly enrollment.
