Good news! Everyone is capable of learning to master the obstacle course! Our Kid Ninja Training Classes start at age 8 & up. We also have special events, birthday party packages and camps designed for kids ages 5-7. The only question is are YOU ready? If so, we are waiting for you!
YES! As long as your doctor agrees you are medically released to exercise you will excel in our program!
Great question! Almost all of the exercises will be using a combination of your own body weight, thus, building only functional muscle, endurance, balance, and agility.
If you are healthy enough to exercise and you are ready to improve your health; you are ready! Just remember, everyone starts from a different place but with enough time everyone will get there!
The competitors from each season of American Ninja Warrior are all normal people you like you and me. Most were amateurs with a passion. Nothing happens over night and there is no special “thing” you have to naturally have in order to be able to learn and compete. All you need is to be healthy enough to exercise and a will to work hard and a desire to improve! We will teach you the rest!

We’d love to talk to you in person to go into more detail, however, our focus is on functional muscle mass driven by body weight routines that encourage strength, flexibility, agility, and protection of moving sockets.

Yes! We are flexible. Our students take classes twice per week on set days but if something comes up, students can make up days or switch the days they come to train by giving us notice. CLICK HERE to view the schedule.
