HAVING A BIRTHDAY PARTY?

For safety reasons, All Participants must wear closed-toe, securely fitted footwear. Participants without proper footwear will not be permitted to participate.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A NINJA WARRIOR BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE?

  • 1 Hour and 15 Minutes of Play Time! 30 Minutes in the Party Area!
  • ​Tables and Chairs Provided – Bring your own Food, Cakes, Decorations
  • During the party, you will have EXCLUSIVE ACCESS to the facility.
  • Party Coaches will be dedicated to your party and will keep everyone occupied
  • Swing on the ropes, trapeze bars, cargo nets, monkey bars, and MORE…!
  • Party participants will learn all age appropriate obstacles!
  • AND THE PARTY WILL CONCLUDE WITH AN EPIC NINJA WARRIOR BIRTHDAY COURSE!

Waivers (Required for ALL Participants)
Every participant must have a waiver signed by a legal guardian.
To complete your waiver ahead of time, visit: noawaiver.com
• Please complete the waiver in the adult’s name
• If you have multiple children, only one waiver is required per family as long as each child is listed appropriately.

  • A water bottle for each participant
  • Athletic clothing (sweatpants recommended — no shorts)
  • Close-toed tennis shoes are REQUIRED. Crocs, boots, sandals, or any other non-athletic shoe not listed will not be allowed on the course.
    Participants not wearing proper attire will not be allowed to participate, and this is up to coach digression.

Children aged 4 and under MUST have an adult with them on the course at all times.

We will call you the week of your event as a personal reminder, to answer any last-minute questions, and to collect the remaining balance.

  • Any additional participant fees will be collected on the day of the event

While we don’t have many rules, these are important for everyone’s safety:

  • No food or drinks on the mats
  • All parents must sign a waiver
  • No one on the course without coach supervision
  • Obstacle access is at coach discretion
  • No glitter or confetti
  • No tape or tacks on the walls
  • NO ALCOHOL

Can I tip the coaches?
Yes! Tipping is not required, but always appreciated.
Coaches can only accept cash tips. They are not able to accept tips via card or online payment platforms.

Can parents participate? Absolutely — we love when parents join in! [Parties/Private Events ONLY] Please note:

  • Participating parents will count toward your total participant headcount
  • Parents assisting a child due to age or physical ability (and not actively participating) will not be counted
  • If assisting AND participating, they will count toward the total
